Morning Star to hold sale
Morning Star CHC in Georgetown will hold a garage sale Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Chester Chapel Baptist Youth Group will hold a car wash to benefit the family of Clayton Kinsey Saturday at 8 a.m. at Advance Auto Parts in Eufaula.

Eufaula Church of God will hold an open-air market Saturday from 7 a.m. until.
Givens to visit church
Christian Life Church will host Pastor Jean Givens Aug. 13-14 at 7 p.m.
A nursery will be provided.

Mt. Moriah AME Church will hold its ninth Pastor Appreciation Day for Pastor Thomas W. Fortson Aug. 17, 2 p.m.

Greater Sardis First Missionary Baptist Church in Clayton will hold homecoming Sunday, Aug. 17, at 11:15 a.m.
Family, friends day set Sunday
St. Luke AME Church will host Family and Friends Day Sunday at 3 p.m.
Rev. Jimmy C. Fryer will be guest minister. Music will be performed by the Troy University Gospel Singers.

Calvary Assembly of God in Clio will hold its youth revival Aug. 17 from 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Aug. 18-19 from 7 p.m.
