Area church plans revival
Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Ft. Gaines will hold revival through Wednesday at 7 p.m. nightly. Dr. Ted Moody will be guest speaker.

St. Luke revival set Wednesday
St. Luke AME will hold revival Wednesday - Friday, 7 p.m. Rev. Bobby B. Cox of Greater Bethel AME in Mobile will be guest speaker.

St. Luke AME and New Mount Zion AME will hold a block party July 26 from 8 a.m. until at the Chattahoochee Courts community center.

Hunter to visit Pleasant Grove
Pleasant Grove Baptist Church will hold revival July 28 - Aug. 1 at 7 p.m.
The guest speaker will be Rev. Richard Hunter of First African Baptist Church.

Youth group to hold car wash
Chester Chapel Baptist Youth Group will hold a car wash to benefit the family of Clayton Kinsey Aug. 9, at 8 a.m. at Advance Auto Parts in Eufaula.

G’town church to host study
Georgetown United Methodist Church holds a Wednesday night study at 6:30 p.m. (EDT) of Rick Warren’s “The Purpose Driven Life.”
