Mr. Robert Edward Thompson and Ms. Pamela Faye Thompson, both of Eufaula, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ann Thompson, to Justin Michael Hall, son of Rev. and Mrs. Mike Hall of Tuscaloosa.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bryron L. Wallace of Pensacola, Fla., and of the late Mr. James Thompson and Mrs. Barbara A. Thompson of Pensacola, Fla.
Miss Thompson is a 2000 graduate of Eufaula High School. She graduated from Auburn University in 2004 and from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2007 with a doctorate’s degree in physical therapy. She is employed with Physiotherapy Associates as a physical therapist.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Linton of Columbus, Miss., and of the late Mr. James Hall and Mrs. Pauline Hall of Sapps.
Mr. Hall is a 2000 graduate of Hillcrest High School in Tuscaloosa.
He graduated from Mississippi State University in 2004 and from the University of Alabama’s School of Medicine in 2008.
He is employed with the University of Tennessee’s College of Medicine in Memphis, Tenn., where he works as a resident in orthopedic surgery.
The wedding will be May 31 at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Eufaula. A reception will follow at the Eufaula-Barbour County Chamber of Commerce.
