Mr. Kenneth Williamson of Eufaula is pleased to announce the engagement of his daughter, Kelli Nicole Williamson, to James Michael Yates, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Yates of Russellville, Ky.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Kenneth and the late Sebrina Williamson of Eufaula. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Williamson of Eufaula and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gleason and the late Sam Braswell of Abbeville.
She is a 2003 graduate of Abbeville Christian Academy and a 2006 graduate of Wallace Community College with an associate’s degree in nursing.
Ms. Williamson is currently employed in Eufaula as a registered nurse at Medical Center Barbour.
Mr. Yates is the grandson of the late Mr. Allen Yates and Mrs. Gladys Yates of Russellville, Ky. and of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Walter Chapman of Russellville, Ky. He is a 1995 graduate of Russellville High School and a 2000 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. Mr. Yates is currently employed in Brentwood, Tenn., as a technical support engineer at Aspect Software.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 28, at 3 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Eufaula. A reception will follow at the Shorter Mansion, and friends and family are invited to attend.
Following a Caribbean cruise porting in both Cozumel and Calica, the couple will reside in Greenbrier, Tenn.
