Art and Music Festival on tap tomorrow

The sixth annual Eufaula Street Art and Music Festival will be held in downtown Eufaula tomorrow (Saturday, June 28), from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Main Street Eufaula Director Ann Sparks hopes the weather will be more pleasant for festival guests than last year when the event was held in August.
“It was just too hot in August!” she said. “Dress cool and we are certain you will be able to find some shade.”
Downtown merchants and shoppers are asked to have cars cleared from the west-bound lane of East Broad Street by 6 p.m. on Friday.
On Saturday evening, guests can enjoy a live performance from the band “Shugar Kayne” during an old-fashioned street party. No seating will be provided, so guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair to enjoy the show.
In addition to numerous local artists, several new faces will also be present during the Street Art and Music Festival. A list of artists and vendors is provided below:
