Little Miss Eufaula- Savanna Wood and Miss Eufaula-Ally Beaty congratulate Mrs. Bobbie Waddell of Eufaula for winning a gift basket valued at $500.00.
All proceeds will go to help pay expenses to send the girls to the National Peanut Festival Pageant in Dothan in October.
In June and July, the girls spoke with business owners and managers and explained the expenses involved in competing in the National Peanut Pageant that they will participate in Oct.
Seeing that Savanna and Ally would be representing Eufaula, the businesses graciously gave to help offset some of the expenses. “We would like to thank all the area business that donated to the drawing that was held August 4th,” said Savanna’s mother Chandra Wood. “We could not have done it without you!”
The girls wish to thank the following sponsors for their donations: Old Mexico, Southern Charm, Eufaula Drugs, Phil’s BBQ, Diamond Nails, Under The Boardwalk, River City Grill, Custom Monograms, The Keeping Room, Snip-N-Barn, Johnstons Jewelry, Seasons, The Beauty Box, Mossy Oak Properties, Tisa’s Cakes, Hi Lites, Blue Moon, Superior Cleaners, Billy Andrews Photography, Donna Parrish with Tarrah Cosmetics and Hellen Hammond with Mary Kay.
“The City of Eufaula was very generous in helping Savanna and Ally to accomplish their goals,” said Wood. “Thank you also, to all the area residents who donated for a chance to win.”
