Yummy cheesecake pie includes Snickers bars

Snickers Cheesecake Pie
4 Snickers candy bars
1 (10-inch) pie crust, baked
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons milk
Cut candy bars into small pieces and place in bottom of pie crust. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together. 
Add eggs, sour cream and peanut butter, beating at low speed until combined. Pour over candy pieces. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool. 
Melt chocolate chips with milk. Stir until smooth.  Spread over filling. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Chocolate Cobbler
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 3/4 cups sugar, divided
1 1/2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Additional 1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups boiling water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt butter in 9 X 13-inch pan. In a large bowl, mix together flour, 3/4 cup sugar and 1-1/2 tablespoons of cocoa. 
Add milk and vanilla.  Spoon mixture into pan over melted butter; do not mix. Mix remaining 1 cup sugar and additional 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over other mixture; do not stir. Pour boiling water over top; do not mix. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm, topped with ice cream.

Pink Passion
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill thoroughly before serving.
