Accident stalls traffic
A two-vehicle wreck near the BP station on North Eufaula Avenue that occured at approximately 3 p.m. had traffic backed up as officials worked to clear the accident.
Louisville council seeks truck driver
Mayor Jimmy Grant announced that garbage truck driver Joe Crossley had resigned and suggested that the council hire someone to drive the truck, clean the streets and cut the grass.

Man charged with drug dealing arrested
The Barbour County Sheriff’s Department and the Ozark Police Department’s Drug Task Force surrounded a home near Ozark early Thursday morning and were able to take Kelvin L. “Bull” Griffin into custody without incident, according to a press release from the sheriff’s department.
