Isabella Peak, 3, and Anna Claire Peak, 1, are now the proud owners of a 10 1/2 - foot playhouse.
It was built for them by their grandpa, John DeLoach, and his good friend, Blake Waldrop. Waldrop, a Birmingham resident, came to Eufaula and worked with DeLoach for several weeks on the playhouse. DeLoach says his friend is an expert carpenter and can build just about anything. DeLoach and his wife, Sondra, considered several ideas for a playhouse for their granddaughters.
“Every time we’d pass one (on the road), we’d stop and take a look at it,“ said DeLoach.
